We've seen a lot of users complained that their Windows 8.1 refuses to sleep after upgrading from Windows 8. Even closing the lid of the laptop doesn't work. I move my mouse or any click on the keyboard, the lock screen immediately shows up.
I click on Sleep in Power options it goes into sleep for a moment and then goes into a state where only the display is off. 'I have upgraded my laptop from Windows 8 to 8.1 and the Sleep Mode doesn't work.
